Dynamic Market for Non Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) Taxi Support Provision

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust seeks to establish a Dynamic Market for Taxi Support Services to assist with Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) across three regions: Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and Derbyshire. The service involves transporting patients to and from hospitals for routine appointments, short-term ad hoc journeys, and other necessary trips. The Dynamic Market will operate from April 2026 to March 2030, with suppliers selected into regional lots based on their ability to provide taxi services within the specified areas without out-of-region charges. This market will serve as a supplier list for subsequent competitive tenders evaluated on quality, commercial terms, and social value. Only taxi providers are eligible; taxi booking platforms are excluded due to the specific journey planning requirements of NEPTS. The contract will be used exclusively by East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
