Transport for Education, Social Care and other requirements under a Dynamic Purchasing System

This tender seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of transport services to support education, social care, and other related needs. The services required include passenger transport using Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) with nine or more seats and taxi or private hire cars with eight or fewer seats. The transport will primarily serve children, vulnerable adults, and other passengers, as well as accommodate goods transport requirements. The system is divided into two lots: one for PSV services and another for taxi and private hire car services.
