The contract involves external control missions to ensure that contractors comply with their Quality Assurance Plans, technical specifications, execution plans approved by the project manager, and industry standards during the construction of Tram Line 2 and its components within the Touraine metropolitan area. The services are divided into four lots covering geotechnical external controls, external controls of concrete, metal structures, and asbestos removal operations, external controls of electrical installations, and external controls of wet networks. Detailed service requirements are specified in the Technical Particular Specifications of the framework agreement.
