MODERNIZAREA ȘI DIVERSIFICAREA FUNCȚIONALITĂȚILOR SPAȚIILOR VERZI ÎN ORAȘUL INEU, JUDEȚUL ARAD – Z1 STRĂZI ȘI PARC CENTRAL

The tender involves the execution of works for the modernisation and diversification of green spaces within the urban area of Ineu, Arad County, specifically along Calea Traian and Calea Republicii streets, covering a total area of 116,074 square metres. The project includes interventions on green spaces, pedestrian zones, lighting and surveillance infrastructure, irrigation systems, and maintenance elements for these areas. The aim is to promote movement and leisure in a pleasant environment by introducing new facilities such as playgrounds, urban furniture, a dry-deck fountain, and sanitary cabins, while enhancing night-time security through improved lighting and a surveillance system linked to the existing network. The works also focus on adapting public spaces to the needs of people with disabilities. The contract covers construction and installation works, as well as the supply and installation of technological and functional equipment, alongside site organisation costs. These activities form part of the Regional West Programme 2021–2027, under a project dedicated to urban revitalisation and inclusive development.
