The contract involves the supply of pharmaceutical products across 78 distinct lots, with detailed quantities and specifications outlined in an accompanying assortment and pricing form. Partial bids for individual lots are permitted, and partial award of contracts based on these lots is possible; however, offers lacking the full scope of products specified for each lot will be rejected. Suppliers may submit bids for one, several, or all lots. Pricing for reimbursed medicines must comply with national reimbursement regulations, and packaging sizes may be adjusted with appropriate recalculations. The required pharmaceutical products must meet established quality standards as defined by relevant pharmaceutical law and good manufacturing practice regulations, ensuring compliance with quality, efficacy, and safety requirements. Suppliers must provide evidence of valid marketing authorisations for each product and confirm that medical devices offered are authorised for sale in Poland. Additionally, suppliers must disclose subcontractors and suppliers responsible for over 10% of the contract value. The procurement excludes bidders subject to specific legal and sanction-related exclusions.
