The contract involves completing and handing over the third phase of the reconstruction works for the Vytautas Magnus University Ugnė Karvelis Gymnasium building, in accordance with the technical design prepared by UAB Maspro. The services required include the preparation of the work project or its parts, as well as essential engineering services necessary for the completion of the works. These engineering services encompass cadastral and geodetic measurements, preparation of execution documentation, management of the electronic construction logbook, compilation of cadastral measurement files, preparation of control geodetic photographs, and other related engineering tasks needed to finalise construction procedures and produce the required completion documentation. Additionally, the contractor must rectify any defects identified after the completion deadline, as specified in the contract.
