Scaffolding Framework

Efficiency East Midlands is seeking to establish a new Scaffolding Framework to replace the existing one expiring in September 2026. The framework will cover scaffolding erection, dismantling, removal, surveys, design, ordering, inspection, and handover services for both domestic and commercial properties. Domestic properties include various housing types, garages, depots, and other member-owned buildings, while commercial properties encompass business units, offices, healthcare and educational facilities, community and leisure centers, libraries, industrial units, and more. The framework is divided into two geographical lots: Lot 1 for the Midlands region and Lot 2 for national coverage across England and Wales. Contractors and subcontractors must hold relevant qualifications and memberships, such as CISRS, PASMA certification, and affiliation with recognized trade bodies like NASC or the Scaffold Association, to ensure competence and compliance. The tender documents will be available from April 23, 2026, with submissions due by June 8, 2026.
