Kent County Council (KCC) Skills Programme DPS - Reopening for Round 3 Applications (SC240120)

Kent County Council’s Community Learning and Skills department is seeking providers to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for delivering education and training programs funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency. The DPS is divided into two lots: Lot 1 focuses on Adult Skills Fund learners, offering vocational and essential skills courses to adults eligible under the Adult Skills Fund Rules, while Lot 2, which may be introduced later, targets 16-19-year-olds who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) and other vulnerable young people under the Study Programme Fund Rules. The council aims to subcontract delivery of flexible, niche, and vocational learning opportunities, including support for Deaf/deaf learners and areas aligned with local labor market needs, addressing national skills shortages by partnering with suitably qualified organizations. Initially, work will be awarded under Lot 1, with the possibility of expanding to Lot 2 at the council’s discretion.
