Arbeitsmarktdienstleistung - "Berufsausbildungen in außerbetrieblichen Einrichtungen" in zwei Losen

This tender seeks providers to deliver labour market services offering vocational training in non-company settings for young people facing learning difficulties or social disadvantages who require additional support to complete an apprenticeship. Two models are specified: the cooperative model, where practical training during workplace phases is conducted by partner companies, with the provider responsible for securing these partnerships, coordinating training, delivering theoretical instruction, and providing socio-educational support; and the integrative model, where the provider delivers both theoretical and practical training, supplemented by workplace training phases of typically at least 40 working days per training year. The contract covers the period from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, with an option to extend to 31 July 2030. The cooperative model requires provision for 10 participant places in the first year, reducing to seven in subsequent years, while the integrative model requires three places initially, then two in following years. Providers must ensure effective coordination and support to enable participants, including those who have previously dropped out of apprenticeships, to achieve successful vocational qualifications.
