This framework agreement is for the provision of Energy Performance Diagnostics (DPE) for the property portfolios of MESOLIA HABITAT, LE TOIT GIRONDIN, and SEM URBALYS. The contract involves conducting energy performance assessments to evaluate and report on the energy efficiency of the buildings within these organisations’ assets. The service provider will be responsible for carrying out these diagnostics in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, supporting the clients in managing and improving the energy performance of their property holdings.
