Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of Ashfield District Council, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to create a list of contractors capable of delivering a wide range of landscaping, groundworks, arboriculture, and maintenance services across green spaces in North Nottinghamshire. These services will also be available to Mansfield District Council and Rushcliffe Borough Council. Contractors will be expected to collaborate closely with the Council to ensure public health, safety, and property protection. The DPS covers multiple service categories including soft landscaping, tree works, tree surveys and reports, minor repairs and maintenance, horticultural supplies, scheduled maintenance such as grass cutting, invasive species control, fly tipping and litter picking, specialist cleaning, hard and soft surfacing, supply and installation of play areas and equipment, specialist outdoor buildings and structures, canopies and shelters, street furniture, signage, sports equipment, artificial grass sports surfacing, construction of natural sports pitches, multi-use games areas, skate parks and BMX tracks, line marking, anti-slip flooring, drainage, hard landscaping and groundworks, building and hard landscape supplies, gates and fencing, handrails and safety barriers, and joinery work. There is no limit to the number of providers who can join each lot.
