Overview

Nottingham City Council, on behalf of the Midlands Net Zero Hub, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to engage qualified providers for a broad range of professional services supporting energy-efficiency retrofit projects. The DPS covers 11 service categories including retrofit coordination, assessment, design, evaluation, project and contract management, tenant liaison, quality assurance, technical inspection, consultancy, technical feasibility studies for renewable energy and heat decarbonisation, as well as community engagement related to building retrofits and energy efficiency. The system is designed to offer participating local authorities, housing associations, combined authorities, and local enterprise partnerships across multiple regions in the Midlands and surrounding areas a streamlined and compliant method to appoint contractors for energy-efficient retrofit installations and associated services that complement core tasks. Applications are accepted continuously, with initial assessments conducted within the first 30 days of advertisement.
