This tender invites pharmaceutical companies to enter into non-exclusive rebate agreements for the supply of epinephrine nasal spray (ATC code C01CA24) under an Open-House model according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V. Participation is open to all qualified companies during the specified period without individual contract negotiations or exclusivity. The purchase volume is uncertain and depends on factors such as demand, insured population changes, prescribing behavior, and pharmacy stocking practices, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. Interested companies must apply for access to the project documents via the German Tender Portal (DTVP) and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the rebate agreement details. Submission deadlines begin on September 4, 2025, with subsequent deadlines outlined in the project documents. The rebate agreements will conclude by September 30, 2026, at the latest. The contracting authority reserves the right to end the Open-House procedure early, particularly if exclusive rebate agreements are concluded, which typically take effect 8 to 12 months after publication in the EU Official Journal. All communications and submissions are conducted electronically through the DTVP.
