> Skim is an AI-native government tender platform for UK and EU small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It combines AI bid software with weekly 1-on-1 strategy from a team that has won £3bn+ in UK and EU public sector contracts. Built on 40 years of bid expertise from advisor Tony Birch, who developed the APMP certification programme.
